Modern private dentistry focused on preventing problems, protecting your natural teeth and restoring them when treatment is needed.
At Rinse Dental in Brooklands, Milton Keynes, we provide personalised general dental care including routine dental examinations, white fillings, root canal treatment and tooth extractions.
Our approach is simple: understand your oral health, explain your options clearly and recommend treatment based on what you genuinely need.
Whether you’re visiting for a routine check-up or need treatment for a specific dental problem, our team is here to help you maintain healthy, comfortable teeth for the long term.
Regular dental assessments help us monitor your oral health and identify changes before they become more difficult to treat. We assess your teeth, gums and surrounding tissues, with diagnostic X-rays where clinically required, before discussing our findings and any recommended next steps.
Tooth-coloured composite fillings can be used to repair teeth affected by decay, damage or wear while blending naturally with your smile. Treatment is carefully planned to preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible.
When the inside of a tooth becomes inflamed or infected, root canal treatment may allow us to treat the infection and preserve the natural tooth rather than removing it.
Sometimes removing a tooth is the most appropriate option when it is severely damaged, infected or cannot predictably be restored. We'll assess the tooth carefully, explain your options and only recommend extraction where appropriate.
For most patients, your journey begins with a comprehensive dental assessment.
This allows us to understand your current oral health, identify any areas that need attention and discuss what’s important to you.
Depending on your individual needs, your appointment may include:
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and understand your options before deciding how you would like to proceed.
We are proud to care for patients from across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.
Many of our patients come to Rinse Dental looking for a more thorough, personalised approach to dental hygiene and continue to return as part of their ongoing oral health routine.

Had the best experience with Hygienist today, and would highly recommend Rinse Dental Hygiene Island for their excellent services. I was nervous at first but never felt much sensitivity during procedure, and no pain at all. Have now booked my gum treatment with them as well.Posted on Google![]()

I’ve had appointments at other hygienists which are meant to be 30 minutes long and they’re actually eight minutes so it’s nice when you go somewhere and they actually use all the time so you know they’re not rushing and are being thorough But whilst also being thorough, she was very gentle and informative throughout

This can include dental examinations, fillings, root canal treatment, tooth extractions and restorative dental care designed to help maintain healthy, functional teeth.
There isn't one recall interval that is right for everyone.
Your dentist will recommend how often you should attend based on your oral health, risk of dental disease, previous treatment and individual circumstances.
Absolutely.
It doesn't matter how long it has been since your last dental appointment. Your first step is simply an assessment so we can understand your current oral health and discuss any care that may be beneficial.
If treatment is recommended, your dentist will explain what they have found, your available options and the associated costs.
Where appropriate, we'll provide a personalised treatment plan so you can understand the recommended care before treatment begins.
Yes.
If you're experiencing toothache, swelling, a broken tooth or another urgent dental problem, an Emergency Dental Appointment may be more appropriate than a routine dental assessment.
