Story

Founded by Kirishanthy Balachandiran (Kichi), Rinse was created from a clear vision to offer a dedicated space where oral health, aesthetics, and patient confidence come first.

Kirishanthy qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute in 2017 and has since gained extensive experience working across dental practices throughout the UK. Known for her gentle approach, clinical precision, and calm manner, she has built a reputation for delivering high quality care while always prioritising patient comfort and wellbeing.

Rinse Dental Hygiene Island was born from Kirishanthy’s desire to create something more personal, a practice centred around exceptional hygiene care in a relaxed, patient focused environment. The mantra at Rinse is simple yet powerful, to help every patient feel confident in themselves. From the first consultation to ongoing care, every detail is designed to support comfort, trust, and confidence.

Alongside dental hygiene, Kirishanthy is trained in teeth whitening and facial aesthetics. She is a certified Facial Aesthetics Practitioner, trained by Derma Medical London, one of the UK’s leading aesthetic training academies. Her approach reflects the same philosophy as the clinic, subtle and natural enhancements that prioritise safety, balance, and confidence, always tailored and never overdone.

Kirishanthy finds her work deeply rewarding and takes pride in creating positive, comfortable experiences for every patient she meets. Outside the clinic, she is a mother to two lively boys and enjoys cooking, travelling, and continually expanding her skills.
